Transport to Glasgow Airport (GLA)
Getting to the airport, found roughly 11 km west of central Glasgow, takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on your chosen transport. Many travellers opt for the First 500 shuttle service, which leaves from the central train station and takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. If you’re travelling by train, the nearest station is Paisley Gilmour Street. You will then need to catch the McGill’s 757 bus service, which takes you directly to the airport.
